We are seeking Greeter & Ticket Scanners, Leave No Trace Team, and Vibe Crew

Delicious food trucks and a cash bar run by the Heritage Foundation (all proceeds from sales go to the Heritage Foundation).

Enjoy live art and merchandise from local artists. Would you like to participate? DM us!

This event is for all ages, children 12 and under are admitted for free.

WHAT TO BRING:
Bring a blanket, chairs, and some shade to stay comfortable and enjoy your Daydream. Wagons, coolers, tents, EZ-UPs permitted. It could be hot during the day, then cooling off significantly in the evening, so pack/dress accordingly. Bring cash to spend on food, drinks, and art!
Sunscreen, hand sanitizer, layers, comfort items, flow toys, & Burner wear/costumes are encouraged! Please note, coolers will be checked at the gate, so PLEASE DO NOT bring alcoholic beverages.

What’s the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, ticket details can be updated to someone else.
I do not want to purchase tickets until the event, is there anything I need to know?
Tickets cannot be purchased with cash. The use of credit/debit cards via Eventbrite is the only way to purchase tickets. Once you have purchased a ticket online, it can be scanned right away at the Box Office. Also, we may be sold out, your best bet is to purchase before the event.

What is LNT?
LNT stands for LEAVE NO TRACE. Pack your trash. Pack it in, pack it out. Pack out whatever you brought in. Pick up any trash, paper, feathery bits, etc. even if you did not create the Matter Out Of Place (MOOP).

May I bring my own alcohol?
Alcohol is a sticking point with the Fairgrounds. They will not budge on their rule, “no outside alcohol.”
Alcohol will be available as a cash bar sponsored by the Heritage Foundation, however, no one under 21 or without an ID is allowed to enter the beverage area.
That is a Fairground stipulation.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
It is wise to have your ID on you at all times.
Children 12 and under are free. We embrace radical inclusion at our events. The parents of any minor at the event are responsible for them at all times. You are the filter for what your kids see and hear, which includes all adult behaviors at the event and life in general.

Where do I park for the event and how much is it?
Parking is FREE. Vehicles remain in the parking lot which is VERY NEARBY, less than 100 yards away. You can return to your car at any time.

What should I not bring to the event?
The following items are discouraged and should not be brought into the event.
*Animals and Pets – No pets are allowed at the event. Assistance/Service animals need to be registered with documentation.
*No Alcohol, Drugs, and Drug Paraphernalia
*Guns or weapons
*Fireworks or explosives
